THE HUMANS

Danielle and Peter are the proud owners at Drummond Aussies. Danielle has dreamed of raising puppies since she was a child, and today she’s living that dream - sharing the joy of well-loved, well-raised Australian Shepherds with other families!

The Drummonds live in beautiful Northern California on the back of 440 acres of walking trails and interesting smells. They love the outdoors and adventures of all kinds!

🏆 Pedigree & Health

As an AKC registered bitch, Bessie was born on July 31, 2022 and comes from a line of healthy, well-tempered dogs. She’s been vet-checked regularly, is up-to-date on all vaccinations, and has passed her health screenings with flying colors:

Bessie is the definition of a gentle soul. She’s calm, affectionate, and endlessly patient — especially with children and other pets. Whether she’s lounging in the sun, playing fetch in the yard, or snuggling on the couch, Bessie’s favorite place is wherever her humans are. She’s got a playful streak too, and her goofy zoomies are guaranteed to make you laugh.

BEAU

Beau, our Miniature Australian Shepherd, is sharp, intuitive, and deeply bonded to his people. He’s got that classic Aussie intelligence — quick to learn, eager to please, and always tuned in to the mood of the room. He’s a natural herder (yes, even with toddlers), but he’s also incredibly gentle and affectionate. Beau loves a good adventure, whether it’s a hike, a car ride, or a backyard game of fetch.

Though Beau isn’t the sire of Bessie’s puppies, he’s the honorary uncle — keeping watch, sniffing noses, and occasionally offering a gentle nudge when things get too rowdy. He’s a steady presence in the household and helps model calm, confident behavior for the younger dogs. His influence is subtle but strong, and we’re lucky to have him as part of the Drummond Aussies family.
